In this unit, students will learn important vocabulary and expressions related to the dynamic sport of parkour. They will explore how traceurs use movements like vaults, precision jumps, wall runs, and cat leaps to navigate urban obstacles. The unit covers training techniques, safety, and the discipline behind developing effective parkour techniques.
