Trainer Jack:
Okay, Mike, let's get ready for your first boxing match. First, you need to know the Ring. It is where you fight.

Boxer Mike:
Yes, Coach. What about the Gloves?

Trainer Jack:
You wear the Gloves to protect your hands. You use them to Punch.

Boxer Mike:
What kinds of punches are there?

Trainer Jack:
There's the Jab, a quick straight punch. Then there's the Hook, a punch from the side, and the Uppercut, an upward punch.

Boxer Mike:
Got it. How long do I fight?

Trainer Jack:
You fight in Rounds. Each Round is a few minutes long. The goal is to win, maybe by a Knockout.

Boxer Mike:
What if I break the rules?

Trainer Jack:
The Referee is there to make sure you follow the rules. Always listen to the Referee. After each round return to your Corner.

Boxer Mike:
What will you do in my corner?

Trainer Jack:
I'm your Trainer. I'll give you advice. You want to become a Champion, right?

Boxer Mike:
Of course! What should I focus on during the fight?

Trainer Jack:
Work on your Defense and your Footwork. Keep a good Stance. Agility is very important too. We practiced a lot of Sparring.

Boxer Mike:
What if I fall?

Trainer Jack:
Try not to fall on the Canvas! And listen for the Bell to end each round. Win the Title!
