Unit 16 Reading Activities Plus Questions

Cricket on the Field

Coach Patel:
Begin the innings with a strong Bat and a steady Ball. The Bowler delivers an over while the Batsman tries to score every Run.

Player Ravi:
I always aim to hit a Boundary but sometimes end up with a Duck despite solid Fielding.

Coach Patel:
A clever use of Leg spin or Off spin can lead to a wicket. Even scoring a Century or hitting a big Sixer can change the game. Remember, a disciplined Innings and accurate Pitch awareness —from the Wicket to the Stump— are crucial, and the occasional Bouncer keeps you alert.
