Gives me energy, Harout! Don't you want Strength?

Harout:
Strength comes from the Workout! Not sugar. Did you Warm Up?

Larry:
Nah, just gonna Bench Press.

Harout:
Your Form will be terrible! Use the Barbell for Squat first!

Larry:
Too hard! I can barely lift a Dumbbell!

Harout:
Need more Weight Plate on Barbell. Let's do Deadlift. I'll be your Spotter.

Larry:
I did a couple of Rep and Set already and now im tired.

Harout:
No Progress that way, Larry! Aim for a Personal Best! You want to see Gains, no?

Larry:
Maybe tomorrow... this Gym is too hard.

Harout:
Remember to Cool Down after exercise and build your Muscle! Its hard work! Work hard!
